Easy Meatballs in Dijon Gravy

1.5 lbs ground beef
1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground all spice
1 large egg

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all of the meatball ingredients until fully combined. You can knead it with your hands or mix it in a stand mixture with a dough hook attachment.
  2. Form balls with the meat mixture with your hands or a cookie scoop. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Heat some oil on a large skillet. Brown the meatballs on all sides until the meatballs are cooked through. Remove from the saucepan and set aside.
