When the idea for a low-carb casserole with pizza flavors popped into my mind, I just couldn’t wait to make it. Then when the casserole was cooking I couldn’t wait to eat it, and after I tried it, I couldn’t wait to share the recipe! This is something I’ve made many times at my house, and I promise it will be a hit with anyone who likes pizza.

Ingredients:
4 oz cream cheese softened
4 large eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°Grease 13×9 inch baking pan.
- In food processor or with electric mixer, combine cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add the cream, Parmesan, garlic and oregano. Blend until ingredients are well combined.
- Sprinkle the Asiago (Parmesan or Romancheese and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese in the bottom of the greased baking pan. Pour egg mixture over the cheese.
