Chicken Meatballs With Pineapple Sauce Recipe

2 lb. ground chicken
1 pineapple, diced
1 egg
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 tbsp. ketchup
¼ cup coconut aminos
1 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced

  • Preheat oven to 475 F.
  • In a saucepan, bring all the ingredients for the pineapple BBQ sauce to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.
